Charlotte studied illustration at Philadelphia College of Art. Later she studied painting at the New Hampshire Institute of Art under James and Elizabeth Aponovich, Stan Moeller and Sean Beavers. She was News Artist at the Concord Monitor for 31 years and now paints full-time. Charlotte loves to paint en plein air and often uses her sketches as the basis for studio pieces. She exhibits in New Hampshire and Maine.
